结构特点：Special Introduction

1、球体球度精度高，表面光洁度好，与陶瓷阀座对研后，硬密封等级可达ANSI VI级。

Ball of high sphericity and highly polished，and ceramic valve seat are mutual lapping, leakage level of hard seat reaches ANSI VI.

2、独特的设计确保阀门密封副的独立性，保证阀门密封不受外力影响，防止球芯被抱死等问题发生；

Patent design to ensure the sealing's independence and prevent locking the ball;

3、 所有与介质接触的部分均为氧化锆陶瓷材料，其化学稳定性及硬度极高(洛氏硬度HRA90),仅次于金刚石，确保足够的机械强度和耐磨性。

All parts in contact with the media are made of structural ceramics with high chemical stability and high hardness(HRC90), second only to diamond ,ensure sufficient mechanical strength and abrasive resistance.

4、法兰处陶瓷密封面宽大带有水线，确保密封可靠，避免介质接触外部金属壳体。

In flange ceramic seal surface can avoid the media contact with the outside metal shell because of it’s wide and pottedlines.

5、阀门尺寸与管道尺寸一致，无突变的止口台阶，减少介质压力损失。

Valve flange diameter is the same as pipe, the size change gradually and reduce the pressure loss of fluid.

6、关键陶瓷部件与金属壳体采用过盈装配工艺，连接牢固可靠，增强了陶瓷件的机械强度，让陶瓷成为名符其实的陶瓷钢。

Ceramic components and metal shell are interference assembly , ceramic components are strengthed and become ceramic-steel.

7、应用场合：除氢氟酸以外的任何介质，温度最高500℃。压力最大5.0 MPa的各种强腐蚀及强磨损流体介质的开关和调节等苛刻工况。。

Applications: applied to any media but HF，with Max.Temperature 500 and Max. Pressure 5.0MPa.

8、结构形式：法兰式，浮动球结构，硬密封,法兰标准可选：DIN/ANSI/API/JIS,通常为3片式。

9、根据不同的使用介质，可选用不同的阀杆材料，可选的阀杆材料有316L、哈式合金、蒙乃尔、钛合金、锆合金等。
