The shear pin is added to the shaft coupling of valve cartridge and electric actuator, which avoids the damage of valve cartridge and actuator. There is cushion on the intake of valve that separates the body and valve cartridge. The radial gap between cushion and valve cartridge is adjustable to ensure the flexibility of valve cartridge rotation.
