REXROTH压力开关HED8OH-2X/350K14AS 力士乐压力继电器 1.压力继电器,液压术语,是液压系统中当流体压力达到预定值时,使电接点动作的元件。 2.是将压力转换成电信号的液压元器件,客户根据自身的压力设计需要,通过调节压力继电器,实现在某一设定的压力时,输出一个电信号的功能。压力继电器是利用液体的压力来启闭电气触点的液压电气转换元件。当系统压力达到压力继电器的调定值时,发出电信号,使电气元件(如电磁铁、电机、时间继电器、电磁离合器等)动作,使油路卸压、换向,执行元件实现顺序动作,或关闭电动机使系统停止工作,起安全保护作用等。 压力继电器有柱塞式、膜片式、弹簧管式和波纹管式四种结构形式。 工作原理 当从继电器下端进油口3进入的液体压力达到调定压力值时,推动柱塞2上移,此位移通过杠杆放大后推动微动开关4动作。改变弹簧1的压缩量,可以调节继电器的动作压力。 应用场合:用于安全保护、控制执行元件的顺序动作、用于泵的启闭、用于泵的卸荷。 注意: 压力继电器必须放在压力有明显变化的地方才能输出电信号。若将压力继电器放在回油路上,由于回油路直接接回油箱,压力也没有变化,所以压力继电器也不会工作。 REXROTH压力开关HED8OH-2X/350K14AS

2、性能稳定可靠,使用寿命长,如称重式机械杠杆称,由于杠杆、刀口等部分互相摩擦产生损耗和变形,欲长期保持其精度是相当困难的,采用电阻应变式称重传感器制成的电子泵、汽车衡、轨道衡等,能在恶劣的环境条件下长期稳定工作。 舌簧继电器典型结构图)。舌簧管是由两根或三根高导磁材料制成的舌簧片封结在玻璃管中构成的。舌簧片可构成磁路的一部分。封结在玻璃管内的舌簧片自由端电镀一层贵金属,因此它又可作为继电器的触点起开闭电路的作用。线圈激励通电后,封结在玻璃管两端的舌簧片被磁化,管内两簧片的自由端相互吸引而闭合,使被控电路接通;线圈断电后,磁路中磁通消失,两舌簧片在本身机械应力的作用下回弹而分开,使被控电路切断。作为触点的舌簧片一端被封结在玻璃管内,可以避免污染物对触点可靠工作的影响。触点间浸润水晶的叫水晶湿式舌簧继电器。 valve)是用电磁控制的工业设备,是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件,属于执行器,并不限于液压、气动。用在工业控制系统中调整介质的方向、流量、速度和其他的参数。电磁阀可以配合不同的电路来实现预期的控制,而控制的精度和灵活性都能够保证。电磁阀有很多种,不同的电磁阀在控制系统的不同位置发挥作用,最常用的是单向阀、安全阀、方向控制阀、速度调节阀等。 电磁阀里有密闭的腔,在不同位置开有通孔,每个孔连接不同的油管,腔中间是活塞,两面是两块电磁铁,哪面的磁铁线圈通电阀体就会被吸引到哪边,通过控制阀体的移动来开启或关闭不同的排油孔,而进油孔是常开的,液压油就会进入不同的排油管,然后通过油的压力来推动油缸的活塞,活塞又带动活塞杆,活塞杆带动机械装置。这样通过控制电磁铁的电流通断就控制了机械运动。 柱塞泵是液压系统的一个重要装置。它依靠柱塞在缸体中往复运动,使密封工作容腔的容积发生变化来实现吸油、压油。柱塞泵具有额定压力高、结构紧凑、效率高和流量调节方便等优点,被广泛应用于高压、大流量和流量需要调节的场合,诸如液压机、工程机械和船舶中。机械分类 ? 轴向式 ? 直轴斜盘式 ? 径向式 ? 液压式 柱塞泵一般分为单柱塞泵、卧式柱塞泵、轴向柱塞泵和径向柱塞泵。 比例阀 阀对流量的控制可以分为两种: 一种是开关控制:要么全开、要么全关,流量要么最大、要么最小,没有中间状态,如普通的电磁直通阀、电磁换向阀、电液换向阀。 另一种是连续控制:阀口可以根据需要打开任意一个开度,由此控制通过流量的大小,这类阀有手动控制的,如节流阀,也有电控的,如比例阀、伺服阀。 所以使用比例阀或伺服阀的目的就是:以电控方式实现对流量的节流控制(当然经过结构上的改动也可实现压力控制等),既然是节流控制,就必然有能量损失,伺服阀和其它阀不同的是,它的能量损失更大一些,因为它需要一定的流量来维持前置级控制油路的工作。 换向阀是具有两种以上流动形式和两个以上油口的方向控制阀。是实现液压油流的沟通、切断和换向,以及压力卸载和顺序动作控制的阀门。 可分为手动换向阀、电磁换向阀、电液换向阀等。 又称克里斯阀,阀门的一种,具有多向可调的通道,可适时改变流体流向。 工作时借着阀外的驱动传动机构转动驱动轴,带动摇拐臂,启动阀板,使工作流体时而从左入口通向阀的下部出口,时而从右入口变换通向下部出口,实现了周期变换流向的目的。 这种变换阀在石油、化工生产中有着广泛的应用,在合成氨造气系统中最为常用。此外,换向阀还可作成阀瓣式的结构,多用于较小流量的场合。工作时只需转动手轮通过阀瓣来变换工作流体的流向。 溢流阀是一种液压压力控制阀,在液压设备中主要起定压溢流作用,稳压,系统卸荷和安全保护作用。 主要作用编辑定压溢流作用:在定量泵节流调节系统中,定量泵提供的是恒定流量。当系统压力增大时,会使流量需求减小。此时溢流阀开启,使多余流量溢回油箱,保证溢流阀进口压力,即泵出口压力恒定(阀口常随压力波动开启)。 节流阀是通过改变节流截面或节流长度以控制流体流量的阀门。将节流阀和单向阀并联则可组合成单向节流阀。节流阀和单向节流阀是简易的流量控制阀,在定量泵液压系统中,节流阀和溢流阀配合,可组成三种节流调速系统,即进油路节流调速系统、回油路节流调速系统和旁路节流调速系统。节流阀没有流量负反馈功能,不能补偿由负载变化所造成的速度不稳定,一般仅用于负载变化不大或对速度稳定性要求不高的场合。 齿轮泵是依靠泵缸与啮合齿轮间所形成的工作容积变化和移动来输送液体或使之增压的回转泵。由两个齿轮、泵体与前后盖组成两个封闭空间,当齿轮转动时,齿轮脱开侧的空间的体积从小变大,形成真空,将液体吸入,齿轮啮合侧的空间的体积从大变小,而将液体挤入管路中去。吸入腔与排出腔是靠两个齿轮的啮合线来隔开的。齿轮泵的排出口的压力完全取决于泵出处阻力的大小。 叶片泵因为历史的叶片泵根据中类型的不同有两种 一)专门指容积泵中的滑片泵。 二)指动力式泵的三泵(离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵)或其他特殊的泵。 这类泵产品一般不会叫叶片泵。但作为专著,叶片泵几乎全部是指离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵等。 根据其每转的理论排量是固定值还是可变值,可以分为叶片式变量泵和叶片式定量泵。 工作原理编辑叶片泵转子旋转时,叶片在离心力和压力油的作用下,尖部紧贴在定子内表面上。这样两个叶片与转子和定子内表面所构成的工作容积,先由小到大吸油后再由大到小排油,叶片旋转一周时,完成两次吸油与排油。 单向阀是流体只能沿进口流动,出口介质却无法回流的装置 单向阀 Check Valve 单向阀又称止回阀或逆止阀。用于液压系统中防止油流反向流动,或者用于气动系统中防止压缩空气逆向流动。 单向阀有直通式和直角式两种。直通式单向阀用螺纹连接安装在管路上。直角式单向阀有螺纹连接、板式连接和法兰连接三种形式。液控单向阀也称闭锁阀或保压阀,它与单向阀相同,用以防止油液反向流动。但在液压回路中需要油流反向流动时又可利用控制油压,打开单向阀,使油流在两个方向都可流动。液控单向阀采用锥形阀芯,因此密封性能好。在要求封闭油路时,可用此阀作为油路的单向锁紧而起保压作用。液控单向阀控制油的泄漏方式有内泄式和外泄式二种。在油流反向出口无背压的油路中可用内泄式;否则需用外泄式,以降低控制油压力。
