力士乐LMR33630和LMR33620的主要特性及优势

  • 新的DC/DC转换器为标称12V或24V的系统提供最高可至36V的工作输入电压范围,相关系统包括:工厂自动化、家庭自动化、电机驱动、逆变器及伺服控制单元等。针对高达60V的应用,TI推出了600mA LMR36006及采用引脚兼容封装的1.5A LMR36015同步降压转换器。

  • 36V稳压器在24VIN、5VOUT和400kHz开关频率下可实现92%的满载效率。超低的24μA典型待机静态电流可提高轻载效率。

力士乐伺服控制器伺服控制器工作原理
从结构上看,伺服控制器和变频器器差不多,但对元器件的要求精度和可靠性更高。目前主流的伺服控制器均采用数字信号处理器(DSP)作为控制核心,可以实现比较复杂的控制算法,事项数字化、网络化和智能化。功率器件普遍采用以智能功率模块(IPM)为核心设计的驱动电路,IPM内部集成了驱动电路,同时具有过电压、过电流、过热、欠压等故障检测保护电路,在主回路中还加入软启动电路,以减小启动过程对驱动器的冲击。 功率驱动单元首先通过三相全桥整流电路对输入的三相电或者市电进行整流,得到相应的直流电。经过整流好的三相电或市电,再通过三相正弦PWM电压型逆变器变频来驱动三相永磁式同步交流伺服电机。功率驱动单元的整个过程可以简单的说就是AC-DC-AC的过程。整流单元(AC-DC)主要的拓扑电路是三相全桥不控整流电路。
伺服控制器也是伺服系统的核心,它的精度决定了伺服控制系统的整体精度。

伺服控制器和通用变频器的区别
1、伺服控制器通过自动化接口可很方便地进行操作模块和现场总线模块的转换,同时使用不同的现场总线模块实现不同的控制模式(RS232、RS485、光纤、InterBus、ProfiBus),而通用变频器的控制方式比较单一。
2、伺服控制器直接连接旋转变压器或编码器,构成速度、位移控制闭环。而通用变频器只能组成开环控制系统。
3伺服控制器的各项控制指标(如稳态精度和动态性能等)优于通用变频器。

伺服控制器控制回路

(1) 联接器CN I/F信号线(50 针):作为外部控制信号的输进/输出。其留意事项是:

·用24V,d.c.的电源,作为控制信号的供电。
·伺服驱动器与其它设备间的连线应尽量短(3m以内)。
·控制线与电源线应尽量隔开(大于30cm),并且不要将它们捆在一起或放在同一接线槽内。
·对于CN I/F 信号线应采用双绞屏蔽线,并且将屏蔽线与驱动器的信号地(GND)连在一起。

(2) 联接器CN SIG信号线(20 针):作为伺服电机编码器的连接线。其留意事项是:

·将屏蔽线同CN SIG的GND引脚相连,将电机屏蔽线同驱动器屏蔽线相连接。
·电缆线最长的长度为20m,若太长,驱动器内保证编码器正常工作的输出电压(5V)会有损失,从而使编码器不能正常工作。此时应调节伺服驱动器在前面板上的PG电位器,调节PG可使起始电压在4.75--5.25V之间。
·同电源线(R,S及T)相隔间隔应尽量远(大于30cm),并且避免捆在一起或接在同一接线槽内。

三、计算负载惯量,惯量的匹配,安川伺服电机为例,部分产品惯量匹配可达50倍,但实际越小越好,这样对精度和响应速度好。
四、再生电阻的计算和选择,对于伺服,一般2kw以上,要外配置。

交流伺服电机都配有专门的驱动器,它在体积和重量上远小于同功率的放大电机,它靠内部的晶体管或晶闸管组成的开关电路,根据伺服电机内的光电编码器或霍尔器件判断转子当时的位置,决定驱动电机的a、b、c三相应输出的状态,因此它的效率和平稳性都很好。所以不像控制放大电机需要做专门的功放电路。这种电机一般都为永磁式的,驱动器产生的a、b、c三相变化的电流控制电机转动,因此称为交流伺服电机;驱动器输入的控制信号可以是脉冲串,也可以是直流电压信号(一般为±10v),所以也有将其称为直流无刷电动机。
