双联叶片泵 单作用:叶片是镶嵌在槽里的,可以自由滑动,当旋转产生时,叶片在离心作用下甩到泵壳上,叶片泵是容积泵,相邻的两个叶片运动到下边时与泵壳和转子封闭的容积最小,在上边时最大,当转子顺时针转动时,相邻两叶片经历从最下边到最上边的过程就是容积增大过程,所以吸油(从第四象限到第二象限);从最上到最下是容积减小过程,所以压油(从第二到第四象限)。 双作用:当电机带动转子沿转动时,叶片在离心力和叶片底部压力油的双重作用下向外伸出,其顶部紧贴在定子内表面上。处于四段同心圆弧上的四个叶片分别与转子外表面、定子内表面及两个配流盘组成四个密封工作油腔。这些油腔随着转子的转动,密封工作油腔产生由小到大或由大到小的变化,可以通过配流盘的吸油窗口(与吸油口相连)或排油窗口(与排油口相连)将油液吸入或压出。 在转子每转过程中,每个工作油腔完成两次吸油和压油,所以称为双作用式叶片泵,由于高低压腔相互对称对称,轴受力平衡,为卸荷式。 双联叶片泵 双联叶片泵是由两个单级叶片泵装在一个泵体内在油路上并联组成。两个叶片泵的转子由同一传动轴带动旋转,有各自独立的出油口,两个泵可以是相等流量的,也可以是不等流量的。 双联叶片泵常用于有快速进给和工作进给要求的机械加工的专用机床中,这时双联泵由一小流量和一大流量泵组成。当快速进给时,两个泵同时供油(此时压力较低),当工作进给时,由小流量泵供油(此时压力较高),同时在油路系统上使大流量泵卸荷,这与采用一个高压大流量的泵相比,可以节省能源,减少油液发热。这种双联叶片泵也常用于机床液压系统中需要两个互不影响的独立油路中。
