卧式柱塞泵是由几个柱塞(一般为3个或6个)并列安装,用1根曲轴通过连杆滑块或由偏心轴直接推动柱塞做往复运动,实现吸、排液体的液压泵。它们也都采用阀式配流装置,而且大多为定量泵。煤矿液压支架系统中的乳化液泵一般都是卧式柱塞泵。
乳化液泵用于采煤工作面,为液压支架提供乳化液,工作原理靠曲轴的旋转带动活塞做往复运动,实现吸液和排液。

柱塞泵的安装方式
添加时间:2017-08-19

在调试时,必须向泵壳体内注入油液,并且在运行时要注满;为了降低运行噪音等级,所有连接管路(吸油,压力和箱体泄油管路)都必须使用柔性元件与油箱分开;必须避免在箱体泄油管路中使用单向阀。箱体泄油管路必须在管路尺寸无变化的情况下直接接回到油箱。


垂直安装(轴端朝上)


在油箱内安装


在进行垂直安装时,建议冲洗轴承以润滑前轴承。必须考虑下列安装条件:


★在油箱内安装☆当最低油位等于或高于泵安装法兰区域时:油口R/(L),T和S打开(请参见下图)。

☆当最低油位低于安装法兰区域时:必须对油口R/(L),T和(可能的话)S进行管道连接,如下图中所示。此外,还要遵守下文中所述条件。

在油箱外安装


在安装之前,将泵置于水平位置并向泵壳体内注油。将油口T用管道连接至油箱,R/(L)则封堵。在安装条件下注油:通过R注油,通过T排气,之后封堵油口R。条件:必须保证泵的最小入口压力(吸油压力)为0.8bar(绝对)。避免在油箱上方安装以减小噪音等级。


水平安装


注意


油口T,K1,K2或R/(L)的最高位置必须用于注油/排气,然后连接箱体泄油管路


☆当最低油位等于或高于泵的上边缘时:壳体泄油口和吸油口S打开(请参见下图)。

柱塞泵具有一定的自吸能力,但自吸的高度不宜超过500mm,并且严禁在吸入管道上安装滤油器,吸入管道直径不小于推荐数值,另外自吸时一定要把泵先调至全偏角。
在转速超过1500rpm时,宜采用供油,供油压力为0.7MPa左右。在开式系统中,供油泵的流量应为该泵的130%,在闭式系统中,供油泵的流量应为该泵的35%。

联轴器的选用
液压泵传动轴不能承受径向力和轴向力,因此不允许在轴端直接安装带轮、齿轮、链轮,
通常用联轴器联接驱动轴和泵传动轴。如因制造原因,泵与联轴器同轴度超标,装配时又存在偏差,则随着泵的转速提高离心力加大联轴器变形,变形大又使离心力加大。造成恶性循环,其结果产生振动噪声,从而影响泵的使用寿命。此外,还有如联轴器柱销松动未及时紧固、橡胶圈磨损未及时更换等影响因素。

液压泵的种类:
1、按流量是否可调节可分为:变量泵和定量泵。输出流量可以根据需要来调节的称为变量泵,流量不能调节的称为定量泵。
2、按液压系统中常用的泵结构分为:齿轮泵、叶片泵和柱塞泵3种。
齿轮泵:体积较小,结构较简单,对油的清洁度要求不严,价格较便宜;但泵轴受不平衡力,磨损严重,泄漏较大。
叶片泵:分为双作用叶片泵和单作用叶片泵。这种泵流量均匀、运转平稳、噪音小、作压力和容积效率比齿轮泵高、结构比齿轮泵复杂。
柱塞泵:容积效率高、泄漏小、可在高压下工作、大多用於大功率液压系统;但结构复杂,材料和加工精度要求高、价格贵、对油的清洁度要求高。
一般在齿轮泵和叶片泵不能满足要求时才用柱塞泵。还有一些其他形式的液压泵,如螺杆泵等,但应用不如上述3种普遍。
