气动阀优点
1、气动装置结构简单、轻便、安装维护简单。介质为空气,较之液压介质来说不易燃烧,故使用安全。
2、工作介质是取之不尽的空气、空气本身不花钱。排气处理简单,不污染环境,成本低。
3、输出力以及工作速度的调节非常容易。气缸的动作速度一般小于1M/S,比液压和电气方式的动作速度快。

电动阀与电磁阀的区别
电磁阀是电磁线圈通电后产生磁力吸引克服弹簧的压力带动阀芯动作,就一电磁线圈,结构简单,价格便宜,只能实现开关;
电动阀是通过电动机驱动阀杆,带动阀芯动作,电动阀又分(关断阀)和调节阀。关断阀是两位式的工作即全开和全关,调节阀是在上面安装电动阀门定位器,通过闭环调节来使阀门动态的稳定在一个位置上。

电磁铁的性能指标主要包括适用电压(电流)、推(拉)力和行程等。
根据电压可以分为12V直流,24V直流,110V交流,220V交流等。NG6阀用电磁铁推拉力一般为20-
70N,行程在 3-7mm之间。当怀疑某电磁阀卡滞或线圈烧毁时,可以将电磁阀反过来,看其行程是否
在上述范围之内。
电磁铁的外特性主要表现为电阻。最常见的24V NG6电磁阀线圈阻值一般在16-26Ω之间,24V插装
阀线圈阻值一般在20-38Ω之间,24V比例阀线圈阻值一般在21-26Ω。理论上,电磁吸力与电流的平
方成正比,所以12V线圈阻值一般为对应24V线圈的1/4左右。
比例电磁阀一般要求电流达到某一范围。如REXROTH(力士乐)系列泵用24V比例电磁阀一般要求电
流200-600mA,12V的要求电流400-1200mA。LINDE系列泵用24V比例电磁阀要求电流220-405mA或175-
360mA。SAUER系列泵用24V比例电磁阀要求电流13-85mA。

电磁阀没有动作时,可以用万用表测量线圈接线插片1、2之间电阻,如果阻值无穷大说明内部断
路,如果阻值很小说明内部短路,需要更换线圈。断路和短路都常常由线圈发热引起。液压元件厂
家为减少阀卡死的几率,都会降低线圈阻值,以增大推力。但这样一来,线圈发热就非常厉害,在
连续通电几分钟之后内部温度就可能超过100°C。所以在应用上,除了要注意电磁阀的散热之外

液压站[The hydraulic pressure stands ]液压站是由液压泵、驱动用电动机、油箱、溢流阀等构成的液压源装置或包括控制阀在内的液压装置。按驱动装置要求的流向、压力和流量供油,适用于驱动装置与液压站分离的各种机械上,将液压站与驱动装置(油缸或马达)用油管相连,液压系统既可实现各种规定的动作。工作原理:电机带动油泵工作提供压力源,通过集成块、液压阀等对驱动装置(油缸或马达)进行方向、压力、流量的调节和控制,实现各种规定动作。

电气二级制动液压站:
TY1S(B792S)、B157、TE130用于2JK、2JK/A、2JK/E型单绳双筒系列提升机。
TY1D(B792D)、B159、TE131用于JK、JK/A、JK/E型单绳单筒系列提升机和JKM-C、JKMD-C、JKM-A、JKMD-A、JKM-E、JKMD-E井塔式和落地式多绳提升机。
液压二级制动液压站:
TY3S(TK083S)、TE002用于单绳双筒系列提升机(提升机型号同上)。
TY3D(BTK083D)、TE003用于单绳单筒系列提升机和多绳系列(塔式和落地式)提升机(提升机型号同上)。
液压站组成及工作原理:
液压站又称液压泵站,是独立的液压装置,它按驱动装置(主机)要求供油,并控制油流的方 向、压力和流量,它适用于主机与液压装置可分离的各种液压机械下。
用户购买后只要将液压站与 主机上的执行机构(油缸和油马达)用油管相连,液压机械即可实现各种规定的动作、工作循环。 液压站是由泵装置、集成块或阀组合、油箱、电气盒组合而成。
各部件功用如下:
泵装置——上装有电机和油泵,它是液压站的动力源,将机械能转化为液压油的动力能。
集成块——是由液压阀及通道体组合而成。它对液压油实行方向、压力、流量调节。
阀组合——是板式阀装在立板上,板后管连接,与集成块功能相同。
油 箱——是钢板焊的半封闭容器,上还装有滤油网、空气滤清器等,它用来储油、油的冷却 及过滤。
电器盒 ——分两种形式。
一种设置外接引线的端子板;一种是配置了全套控制电器。
液压站的工作原理如下:
电机带动油泵旋转,泵从油泵中吸油后打油,将机械能转化为液压油 的压力能,液压油通过集成块(或阀组合)被液压阀实现了方向、压力、流量调节后经外接管路传 输到液压机械的油缸或油马达中,从而控制了液动机方向的变换、力量的大小及速度的快慢,推动 各种液压机械做功。
液压站结构形式及主要技术参数:
液压站的结构形式,主要以泵装置的结构形式、安装位置及冷却方式来区分,按泵装置的机构
形式安装位置可分三种:
1、上置立式:泵装置立式安装在油箱盖板上,主要用于定量泵系统一思想
2、上置卧式:泵装置卧式安装在油箱盖板上,主要用于变量泵系统,以便于流量调节。
3、旁置式:泵装置卧式安装在油箱旁单独的基础上,旁置式可装备备用泵,主要用于油箱容量 大250升,电机功率7.5千瓦以上的系统。
按站的冷却方式可分为两种:

2、强迫冷却:采取冷却器进行强制冷却,一般用于油箱容量大于250升的系统。 液压站以油箱的有效贮油量度及电机功率为主要技术参数。 油箱容量共有18种规格(单位:升/L): 25、40、63、100、160、250、400、630、800、1000、1250、1600、2000、2500、3200 、4000、5000、6000 本系列液压站根据用户要求及依据工况使用条件,可以做到: 1、按系统配置集成块,也可不带集成块。 2、可设置冷却器、加热器、蓄能器 3、可设置电气控制装,也可不带电气控制装置
