In addition, there is no wearing part in the valve cavity, with a high reliability. The float ball can freely adjust the openness of the valve opening in response to the change of water level and discharge the condensate water continuously with a subcooled temperature of about 0℃ and higher efficiency. At the moment, the ball floating inside valve cavity will up and down along with the level of the condensed water, and with capability of continuously discharging condensed water. Due to the fact that the valve seat hole of free-ball float trap is always below the level of condensed water, ultimately formed water seal that separated water and steam in a natural way, therefore, there should be in no circumstance of leakage of steam during operation of the equipment. The valve will bear the minimum work pressure of 0.01 Mpa, in addition, it will keep operating continuously without influence of temperature and fluctuation of work pressure within the scope between 0.01Mpa and maximum work pressure. In consideration of the minimum super cooling degree of the valve is about 0℃, coupled with the fact that the valve is capable of discharging condensed water automatically and continuously, therefore, heating equipment will remain absence of accumulated water, which could have heating equipment reach optimum efficiency in heat exchange.
