向石油天然气公司出口供应阀门需要什么条件？

最近给阿联酋的一些石油天然起的公司发了一封推荐阀门的建交信，但收到的回复都是和我平常其他客户要求不太一样的问题。于是我有点糊涂了，难道出口给这些公司有什么特殊的资质要求吗？望有经验的朋友帮忙答复一下。收到问题如下：
